My server goes down every 30min to an hour. It crashes for about 5-10 min and nothing ived tried has fixed it. Would really appreciate some help

Nope it has got worst now after a 4 to 5 mins I can use items and the game kicks me out.

Your other option is to try and see if support will change your server to EU, then you'll be free of the issues

You seem to be in a rush, so EU is your fastest fix for now. Their US servers aren't stable clearly, again, this is community support, people have been trying to resolve this issue for days and getting nowhere

The issue is US servers, everyone who I've spoken to with this issue was a US server, including mine

My assumption is the master server / dedicated server for all the US rust servers is overloaded, because it's a fair assumption to say US servers were more popular
And if this is the case, it means D11 need to upgrade their dedicated server since GPortal aren't just gonna hand out free upgrades

Any ways to stop my rust server from being so game breaking laggy? Everytime I start to get a decent population in my room the server gets so laggy that I can't even drop my own personal items in the game. Then shortly after everyone gets kicked out and then once I can join back in, the cycle continues over. I've restarted, verified game files. I've even wiped server. I don't want to wipe again until the schedules wipe because I'm gonna lose the little players I do have as regulars.
