Error starting my (modded) minecraft server

Following is the crash report:

Can you take a screenshot of your console as well?

In-game I get the error,
''Failed to connect to the server,
Connection refused: no further information''

The server is crashing, but I see failed to construct. It's not an error I'm familiar with

Could it be the mod I want to use is incompatible with multiplayer?

I don't think that's entirely possible, but maybe watch a different video or find another guide for installation
