Hey, I rented an Ark server for pc with GPortal and its not letting me join the server in Admin mode even with the password,
I've also tried Copy Steam 64 ID
Set Admin password in the GPORTAL web interface under “Basic Settings”
Enter your Steam 64 ID in the “Basic Settings” of the GPORTAL web interface
Save and restart the server
Connect to the server
Send ‘enablecheats ADMINPASSWORD’ ingame through the console

How are you determining you are NOT in admin mode when you do this?

my wife and my self tried going in God mode and infinite stats and nothing is taking neither can we spawn an item in or go in fly while on the server.
when we try to join the server with the admin password we get disconnected

When you join the server and enable cheats, type in global chat to see if you have the admin star by your name.

Ok so this means you are in admin mode and that's working as intended.
The problem is you are not using the commands correctly. Give me an example of a command you are using. How are you typing it EXACTLY?
