I don't know full where to look for a solution for this, so a redirection if not allowed please. My sever been up for quite a while. Still saying age 0, whenever I've had to ban someone following server restart they can get back in. Logs no longer show who's attack following restart too. Bases are not decaying, thrall/pets don't decay either. How do I get timmer to quit restarting on restarts?

I did call the number. They said it was a funcom issue but funcom saying it's gportal. Idk anymore.

It was a bit of a run around. I first called gportal. The gal I spoke with said it was a funcom problem. And I agree if the server was official. So emailed funcom. They sent links to thier forums, stuff I've already came across. How to fix getting into the sever files ftp and altering them. Great if it was my PC server lol. Had to tell them it is a ps4 server which they followed up with call gportal. Ok round two. Called back. The new gal I spoke with had the same link to "hotfix" that funcom sent me so she got in and did the repair. It took a bit for the server to boot up and get online but ran pretty smooth. She told me if the counter didn't start rolling to let her know Monday. It will have to be Friday before I can call back if it isn't working. Haven't had a chance to get in and check server ages this morning.
