#Internal Server Error
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Obtain your panel logs with:
tail -n 150 /var/www/pterodactyl/storage/logs/laravel-$(date +%F).log | nc pteropaste.com 99
This command will upload your panel logs to pteropaste.com and return a link. You can share this link to help us help you.
There's netcat but where's netdog
I don't understand, what is that?
the nc in that command above is something called netcat
It's a networking utility
Can send, receive data and various other things
In the case above it's sending data
Hmm, I see.
-# Lara please avoid derailing support posts.
Which commands did you run to run into this error?
Install splitter addon
- Installation of the addon:
- Copy serversplitter.blueprint to your pterodactyl folder (usually /var/www/pterodactyl)
- Run
blueprint -install serversplitter - Done!
You aren't giving me much info to work with.
Which server splitter, Pterodactyl version, things you've tried, how you installed Blueprint, etc.
Why are you running the rolling release in production?
Because they asked me to run this version, since my panel is on v1.12.0.
v1.12.0 is not supported yet. The rolling release may provide compatibility, but it's not in a production-ready state yet.
Do you know how to downgrade to a supported version?
- Remove certain files and directories with
rm -r resources public node_modules. - Go through the Pterodactyl update documentation.
- Install dependencies by running the
yarncommand. - Repair Blueprint with
blueprint -upgrade. - Get some Blueprint extensions (if you haven't already) and install them onto your panel.
I'd say this is your best bet
v1.11 is compatible?
Though, you'll have to install Pterodactyl v1.11.11 instead of v1.12.0
Blueprint upgrade sometimes doesn't handle extension removal correctly
Not to mention downgrade is not exactly supported
You might wanna save your .env file and reinstall pterodactyl entirely, don't worry if you save your .env file your data will be safe, you'll just need to reinstall that specific version of pterodactyl and then blueprint
