Nebula isn't the problem, it's mostly the billing system.

Blueprint modifies many different files that work together. Billing Module also does, as well as provide their own theme.

Nebula is compatible with most if not all well-coded extensions, which is 100% of the current extensions list.

Billing module does not respect Blueprint and just overwrites a bunch of files and perhaps bricks your panel.
