I don't think it would be ideal for this game to have children zombies as a regular enemy. Think they are better off being used in certain events, missions or plans.
Maybe teenager zombies could be a regular though?

Killing children in video games is often a big no-no for a lot of reasons. As the devs don't own the IP there's basically no shot that happens. Teenagers are a possibility, though.
