takes the route of trading with June for her hazmat suit and/or she ends up dead, please, please let us adopt her cat and take it with us.
I've been lobbying for us to be able to take the cat from Fitzgerald, I know. This genuinely isn't just so we have a cat to take with us.
It would be a very neat chain of consequences that could lead to us having a cat. We trade with her for the suit, and then she dies because she's missing the suit. It only makes sense that if her death is our fault, we should be able to adopt Flossie and take care of her - not atonement, but appeasement of guilt.
As I've mentioned before, a cat would also have a neat set of possible curveballs that would come with it, too. Flossie could have one where she seems to be mourning June, even, since cats are emotional creatures.
