The doors being tougher would be good too. Feels like they hardly slow the zombies down.
I think it's good that the unbarricaded doors are not designed to last because it gives the realistic feel to it. Imagine waking a whole horde in the 4th floor of Mitchum Plaza that's only slowed down by a door. That's 2-3 secs max of time to run away
I mean that fair, just it should be pretty hard for a single zombie to break down a door. Than again I guess a normal human can kick down a door.
Huh maybe doors should have different toughness, which would both add a element of uncertainty and realism to the game
A normal alive human can, yes, but that's a coordinated and not easy trick to pull off even while you have a functional frontal lobe
Pretty much what I thought. Maybe if they made it so it takes about twice as long to kick down the door, so a door can last a bit vs a few zombies but a horde still steam rolls them
im not sure how you could implement this, but on the surface, its a nice idea
