So hear me out ok so we give a karate character as that was huge in the 80s right he attacks much faster with his hands with rapid punch combo or something so he hits faster and hopefully a tad harder right when unarmed.
The catch he has a negative trait (thrill of the fight or honorable fighter name ideas) he cannot equip melee weapons and there fore cannot stealth kill if he engages there is no stealth combat.
In summary a character with impressive unarmed attacks themed like karate moves who can't use weapons or stealth kills for a neat challenge character
oh I also figured his final perk could be disciplined mind and body so his food sleep and morale drop less quickly
