I'll try to help troubleshoot:

  • Any GPU info, what card do you use?
  • Steam/PC Game Pass?

my guess judging by the error code is that DirectX12 has not been installed.

If you run the game through Steam, try to force the game to run in DX11 like the screenshot

My desktop is HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF and I don’t have a graphics card and I downloaded on pc game pass

I'm not trying to be mean. But that system is not made for playing video games. While some games might work. Mainly older and less graphically demanding games, it is not going to work trying to run something like Hi-Fi Rush on it.

I was thinking to myself that I need a graphics card like RX 560 or GTX 1050 to fit in my desktop and I was thinking yeah that’s probably not gonna solve the issue

I took the cover off the PC I realize two of my Rams in there this whole time should I leave it alone or replace it with two brand-new ones
