Before at least me and my friend group had a slim chance of getting some games in with just 2 of us in a lobby at a time, after 1.6, nope, not even 2 of us can play without constant crashes, this development team is a joke

This was a response I got this morning, because I reported issues with CAWs causing crashes and infinite load screens.
I basically told them to look into it further because what they are asking me to to do will of course fix the issue if I’m not using custom data.
It’s lazy troubleshooting at best.

It already only has 2.5 stars on Microsoft store, and every review where I’m from is complaining about constant crashes and how unplayable the game is, they don’t care, at best we can hope for a refund at this point

Well I sent them a video and they said “Custom Data” but my report was infinite loading when using CAWs.
So it was like, you’re telling me to delete custom data when I already know that’s the issue so you don’t have to spend more time looking at it.
