As mentioned above, the OTC video might not be in the game. Unless you have seen it in there before and it changed? Have you checked the custom entrance to make sure it's there, for example?

I just checked and the video with "Roman Reigns" is Roman Reigns 2 and is the default. The OTC one is Roman Reigns 1.

What are you comparing that to? I assume it's the first entrance in this video? And by 2025 Roman Reigns so you mean the default one in-game?

I was using wrestlemania 40 and 41, smackdown arena, raw arena, and the NXT arena
I tried switching the motions but it’s all the same thing

I just went in the game myself, it's doing OTC > Roman Reigns on the tron on the Raw arena.

It doesn't switch videos, the timing of the default Roman Reigns 2 video is OTC > Roman Reigns when the main theme kicks in.
If that's not happening for you, please be very specific about what's happening.

Okay, so when I use roman reigns I enabled the entrance. When Roman reigns music plays it’s starts off as Roman reigns 2 (aka- Roman reigns name on the tron) it does not start as the OTC tron before moving to the Roman Reigns 2

The custom entrance area is now confusing me a bit. It says Roman Reigns 2 is being used but I go to the Smackdown arena and Roman Reigns 1 is clearly being used.

Let's clarify things... I'm watching the whole entrance with each option so I'm mot missing anything.
- Roman Reigns 1 - Starts with OTC and the light blue backing. There's a mini tron of just the backing.
- Roman Reigns 2 - Roman Reigns wording with mode electric in the background. THere's a mini OTC tron.
Looks like I got it wrong and it does have a special switch from one to the other...

You could try sending a ticket to 2K Support and explaining the issue, but my guess is that it might be caused by adding the attires and I don't know if there's a "fix" for it.

It's possible. I don't know if that would revert anything though. I remember in previous years, changing a song for Cody or Rhonda Rousey locked them out of applying it again somehow.
