Packs not showing up?😫

I was wondering if anyone can help, i’ve emailed for support but haven’t had a reply. I downloaded wwe a few months ago and in september i purchased two packs, i have the email receipt as proof of purchase, i ended up deleting the game as i didn’t play it for a month and wanted the storage, recently downloaded it again and noticed that none of my purchases are showing up, i bought the fearless and wrestlemania 41 add on pack

it says on the game and playstation store that i haven’t bought it even though it’s in my transaction history, there’s no additional game content for me to download and i had the characters when i first bought it as i played as penta

Where did you buy it from? Is it possible you got it for the wrong generation?

the email says ‘WWE 2k25 WrestleMania 41 Pack (Add on)’ the same for the fearless pack, that’s all the info it gives me but i bought it on ps5

What does the game say you have on the Add-on screen from the main menu?

And where did you send the email from? Was it a ticket through the Support site?

the game says i have no add on packs, when i click on both the packs i’ve already paid for it tries to get me to pay for it again. the email receipts are from playstation themselves and i sent a support ticket to 2k support using the support website
