#Locker code disconnects me from my faction

That I don't know how to do. All I did was send them an email like last night when they sent me the second locker code when the first one didn't work

If not, that's where you can get ahold of the Customer Support team. Once you have a ticket number, I can give them the video you've attached 🫡
I sent them a YouTube video last night of it happening cuz they told me to upload a video to YouTube and then send it to them. So that's exactly what I did

Yeah, if I don't get one or within a few days I'll probably just submit another ticket with an the video because the video I just showed you is the second locker code they sent me and like I said I can get into the mode no problem. The minute I put the locker code in it disconnects. Everything else works fine. I can play the mode perfectly. Do all the other stuff the live events with ease? It's just the minute I put the locker code in. It disconnects and kicks me out
The customer support team will have to help you with the issue, since it seems like something that will require troubleshooting. They can see the details of your account and walk you through steps to fix it.
If your ticket gets stuck, like you don't hear back from them for 48+ hours, I can escalate it. I'll need your ticket number, though.
Okay, what I'll do is if I don't hear from back from them in 48 hours I'll just make a new ticket and I'll get you the ticket number

Nothing yet better. They said they would basically let the development team know and all that good stuff

No, they just said that they would would let the development team know. They never said if it was a local issue or a issue with the code
It's definitely not an issue with your internet? Have you tried reseting your router/modem and all that?

That was the email that was sent to me. And yes I did that. That was the first thing I did when I got when it happened the first time

It was through an email
Did it say what it was for? Or do you know why they sent it?
That was the original one that didn't work and then they sent me another one that didn't work
