I think some of it is we need to build up the Unhinged pros for stronger point totals, but it definitely feels like more cases of just getting hosed with the board progression to the point you have no chance in some of them.

It's just bad luck sometimes. After I got the 11th win and pulled an Unhinged, I got what I needed for a quick win on 12 and able to make the entire board mine for another guaranteed Unhinged.
Still way better than completely resetting the wins with just one loss.
But I had a couple stretches where the wins dipped back down a little. Still, using free bouts is good here once you get through it.

Not even getting unhinged rewards but it's ridiculous ATM playing for a hour n still remain at 7 when I've given up using every bout I can get definitely not normal

That's completely bad luck, because the opponent played squares you need to start out with for a quick move up.
Plus I don't know how you've sorted your deck out, either.
Ones that cover the most squares at once, I have high points to take off enemies or in some cases all

My deck is all power unhinged I've never not made it to the end until recently I make a move for my next n it's gone instantly now I'm back at 5 so that's around 40 or more goes for nothing

Top to bottom, have Enemy -1172, then -577, then -1008, All -1248 for the 3 top squares, enemy -482, enemy -482 for the two side squares, player +357 and +425 for the two side Ts because I like to use those to fill in spaces with my own cards, the bottom 3 squares All -1080 (sometimes if I'm getting locked in place I'll use it on my own cards to free up use of something else I can attack with), and the last that cover just a couple squares each are all player + stats aside from the diagonals that are enemy - stats.

I had a couple in the new tier where I got through all right, but it does feel like they've got more than last tier where you can't just breeze through 12 wins without more than a couple losses.

Mine works well overall. Haven't had a day I didn't get the 12 wins in when I've played it.
But new tier, the AI's gonna screw you sometimes. It happens.

Few days is a bit much 40 plus extra goes of not completing by store reset n only 1 unhinged reward, I know it's not hard but what's not being understood here is no matter what I do I can't complete shuffling my deck putting it back making it stronger

I will if the path leads to me getting the most points I can. Otherwise I play safer. Sometimes you can try to defend and counter but they just get a better path.

If the path opens up to take the board, I take it. If I have to counter and defend, I do that.

That second one, when the AI's first play doesn't even advance a square forward, that's very easy to take advantage of.
When it gets bad is when their first two plays are 3 squares down both times. No matter what you have, if you can't counter that you're boned.
But yeah, aside from what you choose to make each type of card's stats be, that's not much different than what I do.
It also feels like the first few bouts of the day, the AI is intentionally worse.

It's usually pretty rare that I face a loss before hitting the halfway point or so. Slightly more common in the new tier.
