Bug, character wiped/deleted

I've been playing my own server for 40+ hours and a few on a buddies. I log on today and im falling from the sky and im a fresh new character holding starter pole. I teleport back to my ship and everything seems normal. Except my character is back to square one and I lost all my gear. Help

Tell me what you had on that character and send that save here.

You can find it by following this route C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Everwind\Saved\SaveGames
If it was your first save it should be called Slot_0

Or you can press the windows key + R and then paste this " %localappdata%\Everwind\Saved\SaveGames " in the app.
It should open the save folder, find the save, compress it, and send it here.

im not sure exactly what i had on my but it was all iron armor and weapons, not sure if im doing this right either or if this is the right file "C:\Users\taylo\AppData\Local\Everwind\Saved\SaveGames\Slot_0"

i think 13 or 14 i dont remember unfortunately

Turn off steam cloud
Then delete the old file and replace it with a new one
The game must be off while you are doing it.

Yea, if something wrong happens you still have a copy of it here

Yea delete old put new on in its place.

Just remember to put that folder from inside of the zip file.

ok then do i turn back on steam cloud and join game?

After you launched the game try to load into it, if it works you should be safe to enable it again.

The next time you launch the game, steam will ask what files to keep, select local and you should be good.
