Basically after the most recent patch my friend who I was playing with had her progress completely gone. Her compendium was wiped and her Level with all the skill points were reverted to zero. With that being said however she still had all her inventory items and gear equipped which is odd.

You can find it by following this route C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Everwind\Saved\SaveGames
If it was your first save it should be called Slot_0
Or you can press the windows key + R and then paste this " %localappdata%\Everwind\Saved\SaveGames " in the app.
It should open the save folder, find the save, compress it, and send it here.
