So Blocking is my only gripe, Everything else feels smooth as butter. That being said, a Stun on successfully blocked attacks (Like Skyrim/Oblivion), A perfect parry stun (Like Grounded), or rythm based enemy attacks (Slash, Slash, Slash, Pause) Would all be welcome for defense and skill feedback. Would make combat and blocking feel more intuitive and engaging.

i feel like half the time when i block, or try to parry, they manage to hit me anyway lmao
this is coming from a level 39 with all skills leveled up
I don't think parry exists and the blocking does no type of knockback or stun both of which would be welcome. I would also be happy with a Rythm style of enemy attacks, where you learn the attack patterns and when to let your block down to strike.
it does exist, but tbh its really wonky
you have to hold block, and then click left click
as their about to hit you
i think a parry should occur AS you block, like if you block right as their about to attack, parry, without needing to hold the block button and left click
its much harder to have fluent combat via holding block and left clicking lmao
Yes I would welcome a time based block parry over the click while blocked

Upon further playing I think parry is fine, we just need visual feedback for when to parry and maybe make the parry window larger.
