Overview:
Nautilus Voi Staking was released in Nov 2024. It allows for wrapping of staking contracts to be held as an arc72 NFT. In addition, it provides a means to implement a self-custody node as a service platform.

This proposal should be passed as it introduces a innovative solution for wrapping Voi staking contracts as NFTs, enabling more flexible trading of staked assets and laying groundwork for node-as-a-service infrastructure. The project has already demonstrated real-world utility through the Nautilus interface, making it a valuable addition to the Voi ecosystem that can benefit users for years to come.

My feedback:
I think this is a valuable tool for Voi developers and the community. That being said I think that the asking price may be high. I don't have anything to base it off of other than block rewards and council payouts.
Furthermore, I was unable to value or analyze the technical approach as my skills are limited regarding smart contracts and their implementation. Historically Shelly has produced great contracts and I see this as no different. Great reputation.

@woven holly @clear kite please reach out to Shelly directly if you want to verify the quality of the code. It is over my head, but as I said I am sure Shelly did a good job based on his track record.
