Proposal pays weekly 500k for 19 weeks. 19 weeks of work compressed into 8. The rest is disposed, including stretch goals. she has already apologized for not being able to make those #1203707192461492335 message

I agree that this proposal is viable & would help out many projects who werent perhaps rewarded at the level they maybe should have been initially, but had no measure of how large or small of a reward to ask for at that time.

I am just curious, is the goal to have the original proposers themselves to fill out the attached Google Form in order to receive this supplemental funding, or is it instead for any individuals from the community to voice their opinions about whatever projects they believe deserve more funding by filling out said Google Form?

Based on the feedback received, I am going to rewrite this proposal tonight with a tighter scope. It will go with other 1st evaluations for retroactive token requests next week.

I have updated this proposal based on @blazing crescent and Rach feedback and input.
primary updates:

Tranches based on proposal signature completion (5,600,000):

80% proposals signed off by both parties - 30% release (1,680,000)
90% proposals signed off by both parties - 30% release (1,680,000)
100% proposals signed off by both parties and/or documented good faith attempts to engage for signatures - 40% release (2,240,000)

Stretch goal to be paid prior to snapshot: The remaining 3,450,000 will be issued on good faith of Rach to complete stretch goals of automating administrative token processes as directed by core team members by 6/30/2024.

Total: 13,450,000
