Since this morning I tried using janitor but a message came up saying my api key was invalid and to get a new one so I did it went to the bot and put the command for a new key but it keeps telling me that after writing a few messages

Notes: yes, I already have a new key and haven't solicited another after that

1. Check API Key Validity

• Make sure you’re using the most recent API key you got from our Discord Bot Channel using /key.
• DO NOT include any extra spaces or characters before or after the key when pasting.

2. Proper JanitorAI Setup

Double-check your API settings in JanitorAI:

1. Go to API Settings > Proxy tab.

2. Set API to OpenAI and model to gpt-3.5-turbo.

3. Use this endpoint under “API/proxy URL”:

   https://api.pawan.krd/cosmosrp/v1/chat/completions
   

   (Don’t add emojis, backticks, or extra spaces.)

4. Paste your latest API key.

3. Refresh JanitorAI

After saving your API settings, refresh the JanitorAI page before you try chatting. This step is required or you’ll get invalid API key errors.

4. Credits Issue

If you run out of credits or haven’t done /claim yet today, use the command in the Bot Channel:

• /claim – to get your daily free credits.

5. Other Issues

• Do not try to get multiple keys or use more than one key from the same IP, or it will be invalidated. If you did, you’ll need to create a support ticket describing the issue.
