Ok, I'm so confused right now. I don't think this is normal, right? I tried the /resetip command since it's the only thing I know, but it doesn't work.

Now IDK how or why this happened? Maybe because I have a group of tabs of different bots I chat with the same API? Or is there another device connected with the same API? Well, it shouldn't be the case because only I have access to my API so idk what is going on here with the error.

I just got this error now when I tried talking to a bot, and the only easiest method doesn't work. At this point, idk what to do, it's currently unusable for me right now.

This error means that a different API key has already been used from your current IP address. Our system doesn't allow multiple keys from the same IP, even if you own both keys or you think you're only using one. Here are the most common reasons:

Why are you seeing this?

  • You (or someone else on your network) signed up for a second API key.
  • The website/app you are using might be sending requests from their own server IP (not your real IP). This affects users of some websites (like RisuAI) that don't send requests from your device/router.
  • If you switched keys recently (even for testing), your IP will be locked to the first key you used.

What you can do:

  1. If you're using a site like RisuAI or one that hides your IP (acts as a proxy), try a different site (like JanitorAI, ChubAI, VenusChat, etc.) that sends requests from your own device's IP.
  2. If you're sharing Wi-Fi with others who use Pawan.Krd services, ensure only one person uses a key per network.
  3. If you only use your own key and it still happens, create a support ticket so we can check your situation directly:
    πŸ‘‰ Create Ticket Channel

Note: /resetip does not resolve this errorβ€”it's only for cases where your IP actually changed but is still tied to the same API key.

If the problem started after using a certain website or switching keys, that is most likely the root cause. Please open a support ticket for further help.

But I only use one key and even though I'm using Wi-Fi, there's no one else has access to my key.

I have finally solved it. Turns out the error occurs when I'm using Wi-Fi, only by switching to mobile data works, for now.
