This is my second time receiving this message.

The first time it resolved itself, and I was able to use it around a few hours later, which I don't understand, but it keeps reappearing.

I do know none of my roommates use any type of API/proxy from this server...could it be the fact I live on campus and have to share wifi with others who do as well?
