#Setup for Sillytavern?
1 messages ยท Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Yes, there is a setup process for using our models with the SillyTavern interface. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to configure it:
- Open SillyTavern and go to the settings or model configuration section.
- Select OpenAI API as the API type.
- Enter the base URL for the model you want to use. For example, if you're using the
CosmosRPmodel, the base URL ishttps://api.pawan.krd/cosmosrp/v1. - Provide your API Key in the designated API key field (this is required).
- Save the configuration settings.
Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to use the SillyTavern interface with our models. If you encounter any issues, ensure that your API key and URL are entered correctly.

Unfortunately, there's not currently a made tutorial from Pawan for silly tavern at https://discord.com/channels/1055397662976905229/1118325282932264970, but u can use see the other tutorials as an example, or simply try to use it in another website if it's too complicated
J.ai's the easiest to configure with cosmos
I've tried using other tutorials and applying them at Sillytavern. But the result is not being able to use it in Sillytavern
even so with your answer, I can understand and have tried it. Thank you for answering my question
Then try using it on other websites if it's too difficult, sillytavern is indeed a bit... Complicated
Hi, so to set sillyTavern up with pai you will need to go into your api settings (the plug symbol) and select in API section chat complettion (OpenAI and etc) after you have selected that you then click on the chat complettion source and select openai. Then after that select the open model gpt. 3.5 turbo it won't be like gpt 3.5 turbo but its just a model i selected because it want me to do that.
Then you go to your configuration settings (the hamburger icon with three dots on it on the top left corner.) And scroll down until you see the reverse proxy option. There you enter your endpoint from #๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ and the key you get from #๐ค๐๐จ๐ญ then you are set up. And in the api settings i have mentioned before there should not be a key in it, it should be left empty after that click on connect in the api settings and you should be good to go.
This might help you
I don't have any screenshots unfortunately
okay, maybe next time I'll try the method you gave me
