Ahh I got it, it never gives an response and endless load, right? Try refreshing the website, clean all your webs, open a freely new web, try it again. Maybe try to reconnect and connect your Wifi again

remember that quite a bit of people use cosmos, which can cause it to slow down a bit. most of the time though, if it sends just a * or nothing, its usually the websites end if everything on your end is set up correctly

Yup, these errors can happen if the servers get overwhelmed by a very large amount of users using the model at the same time. Can work after some tries.
