I have already /resetip after got that error and it still exist

This error is different to the reset ip error, so using the command won't do anything.

Do you happen to have an alt account in this server; multiple people on the same WiFi using the api; or are you using a vpn?

No, just this one. No vpn, nothing. Maybe it's from the second point from auto respond since I use one on the web

Are you using Risuai?

Then yes you're right. Risu uses its own IP so only supporters can use risu since supporter keys don't have an ip lock

Nope. This is an issue on Risu's side. You will have to ask them to fix it. Though, this has been an issue for a very long time, so I don't imagine they plan to fix it any time soon
