I ran /resetip but my ip still blocked. I would like to know when the ip change happens and if there is a way to see the ip assigned to the api key.

This error occurs because CosmoRP has a block on VPNs or VPSs.
Using /resetip will not work since this command is to reset the IP linked to your key.
In case you are trying to send requests from an IP other than the IP registered with the key.

As the error says, avoid using any Proxy, VPN or VPS.
If the problem persists even though the IP displayed is your residential IP, open a ticket.

The one that is restricted this way is cosmosrp, in order to control how much traffic load is on the servers. As it is a reoleplay model intended for personal use, and not a developer model for coding.
You can use one of the other models however, unrestricted. Pai for instance is given as the developer model.

VPS's still are banned from what I am aware though
