Its because of how Agniastic has their site set up to access the server. They go through a shared host, which has been blocked from accessing cosmos api to prevent abuse. The website devs have to fix it or reach out to pawan to get their site ip whitelisted to be able to use: #๐ข๐๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ message
Could be the same on silly tavern, you can create a ticket about it to pawan in order for him to check. But any server that uses shared hosting/vps etc will get blocked.
