Every time, I sent a message to one of the bots, and when they are replying, it doesn't answers to me. Doesn't even give me any errors.

Sometimes when it does this it can also mean a setting is off but the error message didn't actually complete so it didn't pop up. The first pinned post talks about it a bit.

Check your settings and make sure of the following:

Double check you have the right full model link put in under API link, the model links are here:https://discord.com/channels/1055397662976905229/1213171976407883866 If using janitor make sure to add chat completions on it too.
if you need an API key make sure to get one here: https://discord.com/channels/1055397662976905229/1064807234825113621 and that there are no spaces or extra symbols. If using cosmosrp free version, no key is needed. You can just put a space.
Make sure in generation settings your context size is set correctly for the model you are using and no more. You can see context size with every model. For cosmos RP free it is 8k. For janitor set it lower, to around 7,500 as they also add in last message and character cards/completion after that.

I remember that somone on the janitor discord said themselves that this is an api issue and they cant help

Yeah whenever I help someone on Janitor with it, it's usually with a reverse proxy or another api link, and it's usually context. Like 90% of the time fixing context fixed the issue. So that's my go to when asking

my context is set to 7,424 and this still happens all the time; j.ai just does not like this api for some reason
