No, it shouldn't effect the current version while its in the process of development, as for why it could be falling of quality is because that the servers are either being loaded with a bunch of diffefent requests or that you have to tweak your generation settings a bit.

I usually go for 1.3 temp and 560 max new tokens as i lile to see creativity from the bot and long responses.
