Is "CosmosRP" free to use?

Hi!, I know, stupid question, but before answering with the obvious (Yes, it can be used without using an API) what I'm referring to more specifically is:

I'm creating a video game/platform (Example) external to things like JanitorAI, VenusChat and others

Basically what I want to get at is: Is it correct to use the CosmosRP API for free use? (To use in personal projects)

if you are using it for coding, absolutely not. if you are using it for the characters, yes you can do that

Hello, a practical summary of my project so as not to do much filling;

I am creating a video game that is powered by Artificial Intelligence, a basic summary would be that an NPC character has his "lore" and ability to chat with the player (Imagine it as a dating simulator with AI)

Cosmosrp would be good since it's free and unlimited for personal projects. If you wish to deploy it to public, i advise you to use another models

I see, CosmosRP would be good for that since it uses the same structure as OpenAI, so you can use them.

about the "lore" part, it might be quite challenging to get it working with CosmosRP in my experience. But it did a good job for the chatting
