I even hosted a proxy on my server in germany i tested the proxy works fine
But when i use it in the axios request says 403 error forbidden

But look i have a server in germany that i proxied to my other server
it says forbidden
But i know you said cloudflare and such
When i use the chat openai com
Everything is normal
Even if i use the selfhost one in my germany server it seems fine but when i proxy it ,it fails

Germany is one of the countries that can't use this API server.

As I said, you have to use a VPN or residential proxies.
