getting a weird error when trying to start a chat..?

which means it isn't an issue from our side

ask the website owner because we don't have anything to do with the website you're using

we only responsible for our API

anything related to the website you have to ask the website owner/developer

please learn that API and the website is 2 different thing

here we are, website says the reverse proxy is good, just it returns this error when trying to receive a message. It might still be the website? idk

As I asked you before, you have to show us the api settings, it may be your mistake in setting the endpoint and key fields

This is not the full api settings but still I see you didn't select the reverse proxy option, this is the website issue which let's you save the settings without selecting anything

Select the reverse proxy option and make sure you set the key in the correct field
