I checked this with the dev team, and the DLC rewards appear to have already been granted to your account.
A few of the items can be a bit confusing to locate in customization:
- The Blazon Buckler Tank Top appears in-game as “Buckler”
- The Blazon top and bottom are patterns, not separate clothing pieces
- The Blazon Jewel Set includes items placed in different accessory subcategories, and the choker is specifically under Neck > Choker
From your screenshot, the top item does appear to already be present on the account.
Just to follow up, the dev team has confirmed that the DLC items have already been granted and are present in your inventory.
At this point, it seems the confusion is due to how some of the items are named or where they appear in the customization menus, rather than the items being missing from the account.
Please check the relevant categories again, especially for items that may appear under a different name or subcategory.

oh i have to hit R and select the Blazon pattern specifically
what should the elite edition title be called?
i adjusted the color pallet to match but some of the details do not line up. For example the strings on my guy are red now because that is based on the secondary color. When in the photo on steam the strings are white. Also mine does not have the white area in the shoulder pads.
