Vexis causes the defender to believe that the ball has been left free, and then it magnetizes to the dribbler by phasing through the defender. It is exploitative and unnatural.

Should Sloclap decide to add a new dribble which doesn't cause the ball to phases through defenders and appear somewhere it isn't, that's a different story. You can add movement without exploits.

they took it out with no alternatives, now defenders can braindead rush any pushball and be guaranteed to get the tackle since there is no longer a way to bait the defender

larger tackle hitboxes amplify the issue
