My requirements to join:
Strong willed and a hunger to improve/ Win.
Prove why you deserve a starter slot.
The strongest line up will be used, results determine the starting line up
Constantly look for Goal scoring opportunities
Mic/ Clear communication
Awareness in your respective position
Accountability
If practice/ a scrim is planned, attend of give a reason why you will not be able to in a time that is reasonable
There aren't any rank requirements, however, proving you can climb is valuable information when considering who can join. It isn't a requirement because ranked play vs actual team v team play is much different. If you'd like to join, please let me know below along with your preference on position and availability. There will be a try out period before officially joining.
