unable to change any setting

my pc blue screened and all my keybinds got reset and i an unable to change any off my setting weather its my audio or controls. i uninstalled and reinstalled, verified the integrity of my game files and restarted my pc multiple times and still nothing

have u tried deleting your runtime folder? try uninstalling the game, deleting the folder and then reinstalling
