#Can't play the game

Hi, my game simply refuses to work - I really need help with this.
Basically, my game loads, gets to the logos, then after the logos, just stops working with a black screen. Help would be appreciated (Steam)

Hello, thank you for your report.
Could you please provide us with a bit more information?

  • Could you start recording before you launch the game?

  • After you start and close the game, a log is created. We will need that log.
    Log location C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Runtime\Saved\Logs
    Please don't share your log publicly, send it to us in DM.

  • Try verifying the game through Steam. Maybe reinstalling the game may help as well.

In OBS or a similar program, start recording, then force-close the game, then save the recording.

To 'force close' the game, you can open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc, then select Rematch
If you can’t see Task Manager because of a black screen, do it in this order:

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Esc
  2. Type 'Rematch' on your keyboard while the Task Manager window is focused.
  3. Then press Delete button
  4. Then press Enter button
    Note: After you open task manger, wait 5-10 seconds to for it to sort the entries.
    This should select and close the game without you seeing Task Manager and without you using a mouse.
