There's definitely a sizeable group of people who would enjoy a blue lock Collab, maybe it could happen one day. Right now though it's clearly not the Devs intention to identify the game with a football series that includes super powers.

It promotes the egoist playstyle that they're trying to stay away from. Again, maybe in future it's possible but it's also up to the creators of blue lock not just sloclap.

The thing is, it's only justified IF you are genuinely great, if you just think you are messi, or ronaldo, and that makes you play selfishly in a game that's designed to be around team play. You are just removing the fun for your team by excluding them from every play for the sake of your own ego.

If you fail to make a selfish play and you're egotistical, you will just think "I need to be better" rather than "I should have passed". Yes sometimes high individual skill can make the difference, but if your mindset is that it's the default, you're making the game less fun for everyone else

the reason they nerfed dribbling was to remove the incentive for 1 player to keep the ball, because if that strategy is too effective, people won't pass enough, you still see it now, but it's more defendable

I'm pretty sure that the anime skins are better received and bring in more money than most irl players because the community consists of a large number of blue lock fans and on the other hand a skin in anime style would be something special which I can't say about irl players because they have normal rematch art style and if we're honest most of the faces of the irl bundle players don't look that good and with an anime akins you would simply have more creativity because you can move away a little more from the realistic , which would make the bundles even more interesting and if the developers do that with irl players it would probably lead to strong criticism
