Okay so this never happened before to me, I have over 100 hours in this game. I could only record the replay unfortunately, so no point of view video.

I was goalkeeping, someone shot a very easy shot to catch, it was a straight ball to my face and I was ready to dive, the interaction on the ball (the triangles) never appeared, I have instinctively dived at the last second and my character did a fail dive.

Server issue or some kind of bug? I thought I would report this anyway, it happened only once for me so far and seems rare, but in a long run this is really game breaking for a GK position.

As you can also see, my ping is 33 ms, no packets loss.

If you're in defensive stance, you'll never get a diamond, as it's been since launch.

But the inconsistent dives are definitely an issue I noted here too:

You are right, I didn't know about this.

Still my character still fail dived despite being in perfect position and I had no visible lag or server issues. So what really happened here?
