idk if its perceptible in the screenshots, but the is game game is all blurry, its like i got myopia or smth.
Also, it reset my video settings and changing them to higher or lower settings didnt change the serrated looks

Maybe you are not rendering the game at full scale. What i mean is go OPTIONS > VIDEO > SCREEN PERCENTAGE, it should be set to 100
