I didnt get to test it myself but I did hear from a friend that he did use Extra effort inside and it didnt count as goal
we are literally taking 1 step forward with gpu perf optimizations and 5 steps behind with all these supposed to be fixes

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now with it being a beta build, but it is crazy what logic the game might have used to say this isn't a goal

as I have explained It's on purpose. They made the goal trigger only when the ball hits to the nets. No net no goal. Goal line unexistent 💀

Hmm it may have something to do with whether the keeper is in proximity to the ball, or in it's predicted trajectory. Maybe you're right though if the same thing would happen if a defender can clear it from behind the line. Or even dribbling over the goal line not being a goal.
Even this way is probably better overall than before where so many legit saves resulted in goals.
