right now running and spamming jump is noticeable faster than sprint + push ball or regular sprint and extra effort + spam jump can take you from one side of the pitch to the other insanely fast This makes beating your man through dribbling/losing your man much harder than it would intuitively seem. Games with 2 organized five stacks often boil down to winning a 5050 volley/header in the box as the deciding moment because creating offense is very hard against an organized defense in part due to this mechanic. Simply reduce the speed gained from jumping.

I tried in freeplay running from the net to the middle of the field using extra effort + jumps, and extra effort + regular sprint
Jumps are around 1-1.5 seconds faster definitely, haven't known that
