PC Gamepass Upgraders Cannot Download

Hey there! Those of us with PC gamepass who purchased the upgrade for early access are unable to download the game currently. I can do it on my phone, but it then only can be sent to my Xbox to download.

can't install the pro upgrade. And when tries to play the base game it just don't work.

Do you have the Xbox app for PC?

Can you try to open the Xbox app for PC > library > select the Rematch game and then select the (...) button and choose manage. Then check for the add-ons section if there's any if the upgrade needs to be installed separately.

nothing on the (...) i have the pro upgrade and in the page of the pro upgrade just have "purchased as gift"

this mean that the upgrade edition doesn't require to install separately. Did you try to sign in your account that you used to order the upgrade to your Microsoft store app and Xbox app together?

Can you try this to clear the cache of the MS store?

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

4. Restart your computer then re-launch it

Is your PC game pass still active on your account?

If yes, try to turn off / on the recurring billing on your account and there should be PC game pass logo under your gamer tag from the Xbox app.

no, i don't have game pass i purchased the game on xbox app/store and then purchased the pro upgrade

its on my library, 25/05 i purchased the game and 14/06 i purchased the pro

Is the same issue showing up when you try to run the game via Xbox app when you select the own box from your library?

Sorry I'm out of option but usually this you're having this issue due to the upgrade order not properly detected by your Rematch base game. You can try to reach out to the admins here or request a refund to Xbox then re-order it.

I bought the base game and then got pro edition upgrade on Xbox. It's not letting me play even thought it said I can play 72 hours early.

How do I get a refund on Xbox, or can they fix this issue.
