You can select to have a goalkeeper in freeplay on the blue side, change the difficulity of the bots and make them pass to you so you can be creative with passing plays.

adding bots in general is going to be huge for the game, definitely gonna need something the devs look into. in short term it adds additional modes that newer players can use to learn the game, or modes that players can play when they are unable to play online. In the long term it could segment into a lot of fun modes, one idea I thought would be really good would be a seasons mode that is structured like normal football where you start in a low league with easy bots then go up to higher leagues with more difficult bots. Basically just like improving your club from a local team to a prem team
