I downloaded your mod but can't see it in the game master
US arsenal. Trying to figure out how to create my own(but does not override) that is connected to the US faction but failing.

Just push tab when in game master where you deploy assets then type in Arsenal in the search bar. Then click on the US arsenal and put it on the map.
