you may want to check for windows updates, and in that settings tab there should be a dropdown for optional updates, I would check there to see If there are any audio driver updates. What is the hardware you use for audio? Is it a headseat with 3.5mm jack, 3.5mm jack to usb card, or is it just usb?
also just to broaden the scope of our troubleshoot to not miss anything, do you have any mods installed / use any mods like "Better Sound Improvements"?

very bizzare, definitely in game glitch
maybe try re-installing the game itself if you haven't? and if you click on the jigsaw puzzle piece top right and open your mod manager, is anything enabled or over on the right side?

I have no mods enabled and no I haven't tried to re-installing the game, maybe I should try that.

I have reinstalled the game and unfortunately it did not fix the problems 🙁

Seems specific to your system and it's a rare problem unfortunately, so unless we knew more about how the audio system works or what can go wrong there's probably not going to be a fix until it gets brought up to Bohemia
