There's no native possibility to trigger music in Reforger so you'd have to script/create a system that does such a thing. It'd be 95% scripting and 5% audio. Just to stoop you into the right direction, as it's not really an audio thing. :)
Also, please keep in mind that movie soundtracks are usually copyrighted and distributing/using them in a (shared) mod is prohibited.

Could it be used as a private mod somehow? Just for our community? Also just out of curiosity. Why was it allowed in Arma3 but not here? What changed?
