Looks like the stringtable got broken. Will be fixed in the next version. The KYK-13 doesn't add extra channels, it changes the encryption key of the radio as an extra layer of securing communication. You can only communicate with another radio if both frequency and encryption key match. Also keep in mind that you cannot use the KYK-13, unless the server has expilcitly enabled VONCanTransmitCrossFaction in the server config.
